Early Life

Born and raised in the vibrant Queen City of the South, Cebu City, Philippines, I carry a treasure trove of childhood memories filled with carefree days of playing tag, hide and seek, and embarking on countless adventures. My fondest moments by the sea, where my father nurtured my love for the ocean, remain vivid in my mind.

Work Experience

From my humble beginnings as a working student at Jollibee to becoming a seasoned professional in the BPO industry, my career journey reflects my dedication to personal and professional growth. The BPO sector enhanced my customer service skills, equipped me with vital office administration tools, and made me tech-savvy. Having supported Intuit QuickBooks and managed insurance processing, I’ve demonstrated my adaptability and versatility in diverse roles. In July 2023, I embraced the freelancing world. Thanks to Cameron, who offered me my first role as a Virtual Assistant, I found a new professional family at IBOAZ.

Hobbies

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my children. Whether it’s watching movies, taking scenic rides, or enjoying trips out of town, our shared love for the sea and pool brings immense joy and rejuvenation to our family life.

Amy did a great job getting me an umbrella policy for a reasonable price. I had attempted to get quotes from several other agencies but I guess because I own properties in several states it was too difficult for them. I called in for a quote and their team was so thoughtful and curious. I was unsure of what I needed to be honest. I had never really paid attention to my insurance. Turns out I had been under-insured for quite a while. They were kind enough to let me know one of their coworkers had an emergency and the other was on vacation, so there was a 2-3 day turn around, which kinda impressed me considering it was a single licensed agent at the time doing all the quotes. My policy is set up to go and I feel safe knowing they're our broker. 100% recommend to everyone. Extremely dedicated and professional!!!

These guys are amazing! I had the delight of working with Carl, who saved me literally $1,000+ in my home owner insurance of equal coverage to my prior (awful) carrier. He also helped get coverage on a particularly tricky house without batting an eye about how best to do it. I came to Insurance Brokers of Arizona® after getting either insane quotes or just outright bad service from other providers... and this experience was so, so easy with great service to boot. I won't consider going anywhere else, and they're getting my business for any other property (and auto) that we get now or in the future!

I have had services from several insurance companies since last 20 years. Insurance Broker of Arizona just exceeds my expectation thousand fold. Their awesome client satisfaction is not just unique but they have consistency and its a constant A+++ rating! Just to state one of my experiences and service i received last weekend from Amy Stover. My friend was shopping for a car over the weekend and I knew my friend will get one, but Insurance Broker of Arizona remains closed over weekend and I didn't want to go to insurance companies that stay open 24x7. So I discussed this challenge with Amy. She made herself available pretty much 8 hrs in the evening on Friday and entire day and evening Saturday, until my friend got the car and Amy found the right insurance. I shopped around at 3 different insurance agents and they helped me get a Clear Cover policy that was $500 less annually than the other quotes I got. Sheri was super nice and helpful. Another agent said to watch out that some insurance companies offer a super cheap initial offer but then raise prices down the line so I will keep my eye on that but overall very happy with my new policy
