I called in for a quote and their team was so thoughtful and curious. I was unsure of what I needed to be honest. I had never really paid attention to my insurance. Turns out I had been under-insured for quite a while. They were kind enough to let me know one of their coworkers had an emergency and the other was on vacation, so there was a 2-3 day turn around, which kinda impressed me considering it was a single licensed agent at the time doing all the quotes. These guys are amazing! I had the delight of working with Carl, who saved me literally $1,000+ in my home owner insurance of equal coverage to my prior (awful) carrier. He also helped get coverage on a particularly tricky house without batting an eye about how best to do it. Their awesome client satisfaction is not just unique but they have consistency and its a constant A+++ rating! Just to state one of my experiences and service i received last weekend from Amy Stover. My friend was shopping for a car over the weekend and I knew my friend will get one, but Insurance Broker of Arizona remains closed over weekend and I didn't want to go to insurance companies that stay open 24x7. So I discussed this challenge with Amy. I have owned my business for over 20 years and have shopped my insurance for liability and autos a few times and no one has been able to beat the prices and coverage I had in place. A couple years ago I met Clint from Insurance Brokers of AZ and finally decided to have him quote all my company policies and WOW he was able to find that I was not covered for near enough that my company needed, increased my coverage and saved me money all at the same time. I learned a ton about the coverage and what I needed through this process. Jennifer has been so helpful to me. I have never had someone in the insurance industry look out for my best interests before. She alerted me that my Insurance company had not received a payment from the mortgage holder. She communicated with everyone to find out the status and make sure my insurance didn’t lapse. I was in an accident that was not my fault, but my insurance decided that my car was not worth the money it would cost to fix it so they totaled my vehicle. Prior to this my vehicle was in excellent condition no problems and was a great car, needless to say this was very heartbreaking to me as I am a single mom on a fixed income living in this crazy world trying to make it. And when I reached out to Jennifer, two cancel my insurance and transfer it to my new vehicle, I was treated with empathy and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. I shopped around at 3 different insurance agents and they helped me get a Clear Cover policy that was $500 less annually than the other quotes I got. Sheri was super nice and helpful. Another agent said to watch out that some insurance companies offer a super cheap initial offer but then raise prices down the line so I will keep my eye on that but overall very happy with my new policy

I get the feeling that this is a family operated business although I know it is not. I really enjoy the fact that they know me by name and not just policy number and whatever has come up in my history of being their client has been handled professionally with accuracy and a heavy dose of warmth.
