I called her today and she provided me with a better rate than what I was paying and with better coverage within a couple hours. Was shopping insurance carrier after 30+ yrs & saw Insurance Brokers of AZ reviews & decided to call them. Good Move!! Amy was fantastic, personable & knowledgeable. Rates were very competitive, actually saved a significant amount over current insurer. Amy offered a number of options I didn't know were available. I would highly recommend that you give them a call if considering a change.

Amy did a great job getting me an umbrella policy for a reasonable price. I had attempted to get quotes from several other agencies but I guess because I own properties in several states it was too difficult for them. Amy was able to save me well over a thousand dollars and provide the coverage I needed. She was easy to work with and responsive to all my questions. I would recommend her.

Michael Hall has been wonderful to work with, he was able to find us an insurance company that offers great rate with similar coverage. In the past I had to call several companies to get quotes which was time consuming and confusing. Working with Michael it was very easy and eliminates all the phone calls. Thank you.

Amy Stover was outstanding and helped me find a solution. She helped me with a very difficult situation after Costco Ameriprise suddenly chose not to renew my homeowners after I spent the past 15 years loyal to them. I'm glad that I was referred to Amy and appreciated her attention to details.

I called insurance brokers of AZ for my insurance needs. I have special circumstances and thought it would be a hassle to find affordable insurance. They told me they would get back to me with insurance options. I received a phone call and e-mail from Michael in about an hour. The process was pain-free and affordable. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. Don't waste your time shopping around, let them do the work for you and I bet you'll end up paying less.

I was referred to IBOA by a close friend of ours. Just like my friend, I hated the time it took to having to shop around and get quotes for auto insurance. I spoke with Michael H. for roughly 15 minutes and he was insightful and provided great customer service. Within 1 hour he provided me multiple quotes ranging from good to best. Absolutely fantastic experience and can't wait to call them up to get me a setup with home insurance. Thank you again for all you folks do! You gave me the best gift of all, my time back!

It feels great to use a Broker again, for all of our Insurance needs. Super professional from the first intake call, to working with the agent, Michael. Plus a quick turnaround on the quotes. I had numerous questions they spent the time answering before moving forward. They also got us more coverage and additional policies to further protect our family. Icing on the cake...saving us well over a $100/month. Great service, great rates...looking forward to continued service.

I called in for a quote and their team was so thoughtful and curious. I was unsure of what I needed to be honest. I had never really paid attention to my insurance. Turns out I had been under-insured for quite a while. They were kind enough to let me know one of their coworkers had an emergency and the other was on vacation, so there was a 2-3 day turn around, which kinda impressed me considering it was a single licensed agent at the time doing all the quotes. My policy is set up to go and I feel safe knowing they're our broker. 100% recommend to everyone. Extremely dedicated and professional!!!

These guys are amazing! I had the delight of working with Carl, who saved me literally $1,000+ in my home owner insurance of equal coverage to my prior (awful) carrier. He also helped get coverage on a particularly tricky house without batting an eye about how best to do it. I came to Insurance Brokers of Arizona® after getting either insane quotes or just outright bad service from other providers... and this experience was so, so easy with great service to boot. I won't consider going anywhere else, and they're getting my business for any other property (and auto) that we get now or in the future!

Absolutely a pleasure to work with and great results. Had a situation with an additional driver with accidents and a ticket and turned to this company after my insurance doubled and couldn't find insurance anywhere else. Amy got me better insurance than what I had for less money. Just thinking of how much I overspent the last couple years makes me wish I would have called much sooner. Very pleased with the service and results, highly recommend.

Amy Stover has worked with me from Day One when I made the move to Arizona from Michigan and has helped me understand all the ins and outs with transferring insurances. She was so understanding with getting me my Home Owner's Insurance and, in getting my auto insurance today, she was able to save me over $300 a year from the next competitive rate. I will be staying with Acuity and, hopefully, Amy will be my agent for many years to come!!

I have had services from several insurance companies since last 20 years. Insurance Broker of Arizona just exceeds my expectation thousand fold. Their awesome client satisfaction is not just unique but they have consistency and its a constant A+++ rating! Just to state one of my experiences and service i received last weekend from Amy Stover. My friend was shopping for a car over the weekend and I knew my friend will get one, but Insurance Broker of Arizona remains closed over weekend and I didn't want to go to insurance companies that stay open 24x7. So I discussed this challenge with Amy. She made herself available pretty much 8 hrs in the evening on Friday and entire day and evening Saturday, until my friend got the car and Amy found the right insurance. Amy is wonderful - she put client satisfaction over her personal life. You need to try them! They will find you the best rates in the industry! Cheers!

I was at an absolute dead end with my situation. I spoke with Amy Stover and explained the chaos to her. She without hesitation said “no worries, I will figure it out”. She did exactly that! She not only got me covered and filed everything for me but got me an excellent rate and was able to get it done in a very speedy manner. She went above and beyond my expectations and will recommended anyone to work with insurance brokers of AZ and more importantly, ask for Amy!! Thanks Amy! MVP! MVP! MVP!

I called Insurance Brokers of Arizona® to shop for better rates for auto and homeowners insurance without having to call many different companies or give my personal information out online to multiple websites. I was thrilled to hear back from them quickly to find out that I could buy the same / better coverage at nearly half of what I am currently paying!! I signed up today and it was all quick and easy. My only regret is that I waited so long to call them.... I would certainly recommend this agency—so much quicker and easier to have them compare all the 40+ companies for you and come up with the best choice. ??

Incredibly easy! I saved almost $1k for the year versus my old insurance with Carl's help. Great insurance brokers. Saved me $400 on my car insurance in Aug 2019 and $65 on my home insurance in Feb 2020. I have found them to be very response helpful. Carl Crook is the agent I dealt with most. I was in a bind with my car insurance as my previous agents did not pick up or respond to any of my messages regarding my car insurance renewal. Mr Crook went out of his way to secure me the best deal and in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend Insurance Brokers of Arizona®.

I have owned my business for over 20 years and have shopped my insurance for liability and autos a few times and no one has been able to beat the prices and coverage I had in place. A couple years ago I met Clint from Insurance Brokers of AZ and finally decided to have him quote all my company policies and WOW he was able to find that I was not covered for near enough that my company needed, increased my coverage and saved me money all at the same time. I learned a ton about the coverage and what I needed through this process. I highly recommend having Clint give you an insurance consultation to make sure you have the correct coverage if you've been in business for over a year. First class experience.

Terri Crumb has gone above and beyond the call ofduty for both myself and my fiancée. She has put countless hours...no days into finding us the best rates, running both of our policies multiple ways and conducting follow up texts with us. Terri being in constant contact with me made the process less confusing and put me at ease due to the fact that any question that would arise would be handled by her immediately. I found Terri to be extremely trustworthy and honest. I would recommend IBOFAZ and Terri Crumb for all your insurance needs.

I was assisted by Clara, who was quick to respond, very professional, understanding and kind. She sent my quotes over quickly and helped me understand the parameters and terms of the quotes. I originally asked for quotes for a couple, but when I asked about single coverage, she was understanding and quick to follow up with what I needed without being rightfully annoyed with me. This company was very helpful and I would highly recommend their services.

Jennifer has been so helpful to me. I have never had someone in the insurance industry look out for my best interests before. She alerted me that my Insurance company had not received a payment from the mortgage holder. She communicated with everyone to find out the status and make sure my insurance didn’t lapse. These are hectic times so getting a notice of cancellation was scary, but Jennifer was on it and made sure there was a good outcome. Thank you Jennifer!

I was in an accident that was not my fault, but my insurance decided that my car was not worth the money it would cost to fix it so they totaled my vehicle. Prior to this my vehicle was in excellent condition no problems and was a great car, needless to say this was very heartbreaking to me as I am a single mom on a fixed income living in this crazy world trying to make it. And when I reached out to Jennifer, two cancel my insurance and transfer it to my new vehicle, I was treated with empathy and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. The experience was seamless and I am very grateful for her as this whole experience has been terrible up until now. I am so grateful for her, I had To do was make one phone call to her and everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes! Thank you so much Jennifer!

I shopped around at 3 different insurance agents and they helped me get a Clear Cover policy that was $500 less annually than the other quotes I got. Sheri was super nice and helpful. Another agent said to watch out that some insurance companies offer a super cheap initial offer but then raise prices down the line so I will keep my eye on that but overall very happy with my new policy

I get the feeling that this is a family operated business although I know it is not. I really enjoy the fact that they know me by name and not just policy number and whatever has come up in my history of being their client has been handled professionally with accuracy and a heavy dose of warmth. They have obtained the best prices for me year after year. I have homeowners, auto, umbrella with them and so do other family members.
