Having studied computer programming at STI, I was inclined to work as a customer service representative for a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company from 2009-2010. There were opportunities that came in 2011 and I decided to take a leap of faith and try working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) for a Waterloo, Illinois-based insurance agency. Working with them for the next four years had given me the interest in the industry that I have not been able to leave since!

In 2017, I was given the chance to take an online course and pass the license examination for property and casualty insurance through Kaplan.

With an armada of skills and talent I am still willing to improve, I became part of Insurance Brokers of Arizona® . As cliche as it may sound, IBOAZ feels like home. Aside from the fact that it supports the goals I have set for myself, and the team works as a single, undeniably strong unit, it also allows me to engage with and help our clients grow their interest about insurance too.
